Before I got interested in photography, I thougt I would become a filmmaker or a
light technician. I was woking for Exton, one of the biggest light and sound
system rental in Icaland and at the same time I was doing all kinds of videos.
Year later i was introduced to the work of artist who used photography as a medium, and I found something really exciting about it. I
traded video out for photography.
Soon I had become a photographer for the school paper in my former school and at
the same time shooting snowboard photos for ISA, the Icelandic snowboard
association. I started to shoot some concerts, plays, festivals and other
gigs and that landed me freelance jobs for some magazines and newspapers,
websites, some individuals, art festivals and other companies. Finaly i got a
job at a newspaper as a photographer, I lasted there for a year.
Now I live in South London and study fine art in Camberwell Collge of Arts(3rd year) with a certain focus on photography.
